Meet The Team

Evan Brown
Owner, Founder

I have had the opportunity of a lifetime being trained by painting industry heavyweights. Through their leadership, I've been able to curate my skills - I owe them for the foundation I was able to build on. Currently, I have a combined ten years of experience. I specialize in cabinetry, exterior, and interior painting.

When I am not on the job, I enjoy spending time with my family. My daughter is the light of my life - being a father is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I'm also a dad to two giant dogs; a Great Dane named Runner & a Great Pyrenees named Charlie and two cats; a tabby named Sheldon & a tuxedo named Penguin.

My friends mean the world to me, we spend many weekends having BBQs and playing video games. I'm grateful to have their support and presence. They have joined me in this journey of navigating a business.

Last but not least, I just started learning how to speak Spanish since my wife's family is Ecuadorian, this should be fun! Hoping to visit Ecuador sometime in the near future.

Ashley Encalada-Brown
CEO

I'm first-generation North American, born & raised in New York & subsequently California. I am incredibly proud of my Native American ancestry and Ecuadorian heritage. I am in indefinite debt to my parents for providing me with the resources and support I needed to achieve my own idea of success.

I attended Pace University in Manhattan, NY where I majored in Forensic Science & Chemistry. I served on the Forensic Science Student Organization board as treasurer and was an active member in the Chemistry Club and Student Government.

Professionally, I've worked as a tutor, editor, writer, and office manager. I've enjoyed all of them equally - I learned a lifetime's worth being the student, as well as being the teacher.

When i'm not working, I am either reading historical fiction, laughing with my husband or speaking with my sister. Currently, I am learning German and looking forward to visit Germany once I reach fluency.

My favorite role and passion though lies in being a mother to my four-year-old daughter. She is the reason for everything I do and everything I am.
